SAMANTHA McInnes's plans for an M.E. Support Group are nearing fruition.

On her Twitter page Sam has tweeted that she will be holding an informal gathering at the Coachman Inn, in Kilsyth, so arrange the details of the group.
Since going online Ms McInnes has received huge press and support. Sam is now keen to go offline and hold a meeting which will allow M.E. sufferers to get together and discuss issues affecting them.

Talking to Cumbernauld Online, Samantha said: "I would like to say a massive thank you for all the help and support I have received for Sam and The response to the site has been over whelming and has left me feeling extremely lucky and humbled, whether it has been from fellow suffers, non-suffers or local press."

"M.E. is a disease the affects so many people and yet little is done by both the NHS and Government to help those who have lost years of their lives due to it. I am just glad I can be one of the many voices out there shouting to be heard.

"M.E doesn’t kill but it doesn’t let you live either. I hope Sam and can continue to spread awareness of this terrible illness and provide a positive message of support for suffers."

Sam will hold her meeting at the Coachman Inn, Kilsyth on Tuesday 31st May, at 7pm. If you are planning to attend you should email Sam at
