SINCE North Lanarkshire Council delivered its decision to approve the planning application on Cumbernauld House, the press has gone silent and the Cumbernauld House Trust has now decided to call a public meeting.
The Trust’s decision follows the council’s approval of a planning application which will now see the historic house converted into residential properties, although public views on North Lanarkshire Council have soured since their decision and the Trust are committed to moving on.
