'Break'-ing out this summer

THIS summer keep the kids, and yourself entertained with council organised events. 

All throughout the summer period North Lanarkshire Council will be holding family and child-friendly events, all over North Lanarkshire, as part of the "Summer Breakout" plan, to encourage children and families to work together, in a fun, enthusiastic environment.

Loads of great events throughout and around the Cumbernauld area are listed below.

Multi-Sports.
 
29th, 30th June & 1st July. This event is for people in primaries one to seven, and will take place at Saint Maurice's High School, between 10am and 3pm. To book call 01236 812475, quoting reference SW01. Tickets are priced per week and the Early Bird ticket costs £25, and a normal ticket costs £30.
 
4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th July. This event is for people in primaries one to seven, and will take place at Saint Maurice's High School, between 10am and 3pm. To book call 01236 812475, quoting reference SW02. Tickets are priced per week and the Early Bird ticket costs £25, and a normal ticket costs £30.
 
Rugby.
 
5th, 6th & 7th July. This event is for people between primary four to fourth year, in high school. The event will take place at Auchenkilns Playing Fields, between 10am and 2pm. To book call 01236 812475, quoting reference SW03. Tickets are priced per week and the Early Bird ticket costs £15, and a normal ticket costs £20.
 
12th, 13th & 14th July. This event is for people between primary four to fourth year, in high school. The event will take place at Auchenkilns Playing Fields, between 10am and 2pm. Football.
 
29th, 30th June & 1st July. This event is for people between primaries one to seven. The event will take place at Cumbernauld & St Andrew's Joint Primary School Complex. There are two options available; half and full day. To book call 01236 812475, quoting reference SW05. Tickets are priced per week and are as follows:
Half day: 10am- 12pm, Early Bird- £12.50, Normal Ticket- £25.
Full Day: 1pm- 3pm, Early Bird- £15, Normal Ticket- 30.

Rock Climbing.
5th, 12th & 19th July. This event is for people between primary seven and second year of high school. The event will take place at Kilsyth's Auchinstarry Quarry. The event will be an introduction to rock climbing and abseiling and will be priced at £20, per day. To book call 01236 812475, quoting reference SW28.
