TOWN Centre Activities Limited has unveiled the arrangements for this year's Christmas show.

The switch on ceremony, which has become an annual ritual, in Cumbernauld, will be the second celebration organised by TCA Local, the organisation now in charge of North Lanarkshire's town centres.

Last year saw talent duo singers, Diva Fever take to the stage to turn on the lights, with Twist and Pulse entertaining crowds earlier this year, in a separate show, known as Cumbernauld Live.

However, this year's Christmas show will see local performer and Cumbernauld's Got Talent winner, Nicole Simpson join tribute act Totally Buble, X Factor singing sensation, Lloyd Daniels and many other acts, in a switch on ceremony to rival all others.

The Christmas celebrations will be marked with the traditional arrival of Santa, which will take place outside St Mungo's Church, on November 19th, at 1pm.
