“The walk is approximately 14km (8-9 miles) and will leave from the usual place, Fleming House, Tryst Road, Cumbernauld at 9.00am; we won't have a hired bus that day, so some car-sharing would be appreciated. If you are joining us at the start of the walk, please meet up at the Coachman, Kilsyth at approx. 9.15am.

“The walk will be led by the leader of that first walk, Ian Jarvis.

“If you would like to miss out the walk and come straight to the Coachman in Kilsyth to meet old friends, please meet there at 1.30 for 2pm for tea and sandwiches. The cost for this is £4.

“Booking for the lunch is essential: please phone Mary 07754320815 or Annette 01236 720149.”
